The 610 Building (south 14th) is being renovated ($200k) into a mixed use development.

One by one these projects add up. Wish I was younger so I could see the collective fruit of all these efforts in 50 years so. Ah if only time travel or some other technology were real.
My son got a 27 on his ACT. No this score is not as high as what Jeff's son achieved. But one has to remember the paternal gene-pool my son has to overcome. On a PGPAB [Paternal Gene-Pool Adjusted Basis], my son's score is a 37 and Jeff's son's PGPAB ACT score is 19.

This little area has really taken off. My wife and I lived in Hanigan Square about ten years ago and to see the whole stretch from the car wash and Leavenworth St to this building and the one to the South of OKeefe really makes we wish we didn't "need" *cough*kids*cough* a yard.

But yeah, slowly but surely DT has come along ways.

Looks like it could use more than $200K.

In general I would like to see 14th in this area given a diet if possible. 4 lanes wide here is really unnecessary.

Thinking there's not a whole lot to say anymore now that people listen & she has to make sense.
