...OK, can't remember the name of it, however it is being renovated for lofts. Thought I'd mention that when I drove by it on the way to work they have nearly all the windows removed. Neat to be able to look right through it. If I can get pics this week I will.

Are you asking about the "Tip-Top" Building that NuStyle is converting?

Yeah, the Tip-Top building. If its not listed, then someone should tell nustyle that there's a window thief who is not too subtle!

I drove by this building a couple days ago and I was suprised to see the project so far along already. Does the city have some kind of master plan for this North Downtown district or is Nustyle just doing this project on their own. I would think they could get more from the Condos if this was part of a grand redevelopment plan rather than one redeveloped building in the mist of a pretty bad area.

Well of course the North Downtown study and recommendations are forthcoming... so yes, Nustyle is getting a head start on a grand redevelopment plan.

Jeff, go ahead and use those shots.
I kept seeing the building from the east side,
and had no idea that the west side was so ornate.
It will look great when finished, I hope the east side will be improved.
