Ok I was really bored today and was browsing through the site and noticed on gallup campus map there were some spots for future office buildings and hotels. Here's the picture

I have seen this rendering before with the same curiosity. I have not heard anything about the proposed offices or hotels. I did notice the article in today's OWH stating that Gallup is anticipating 400 new hires!

On another note, I have heard that groundbreaking for the Riverfront Condominiums is slated for spring '05. As far as I know a pre-sales effort has not yet started.

Gallup just finished phase one of their construction.
They will build a 100 - 150 room hotel and if I remember right
after the Hilton reaches a certain occupancy rate.

This is an old map. Notice the National Park Service headquarters is on the north side of the Gallup campus. It was constructed on the south side. However, I believe Gallup still has plans for future expansion. The hotel would be available to those that are training at the campus and not open to the general public. I believe this is a couple of years off with the other office buildings several years away. Hopefully, someone with more info will chime in.

The building's capacity will be about 900 employees, and plans call for additional buildings, possibly in 2008 to 2010 depending on the company's rate of growth.

Construction of an on-campus hotel, mainly for executive and management trainees, may start next year.

The 75-acre campus, housing $36 million worth of new buildings initially and possibly another $45 million later
