I saw the sign while driving down 13th St last week.

Great photos and the project looks amazing.

I had the opportunity to attend an opening party here last week and I was not disappointed. Omaha is lucky to have NuStyle!

Sorry, I don't check in like I used to...

It was typical NuStyle effort. Maintaining interesting aspects of the building and incorporating them into common areas and even fitting units in among things you wouldn't think you could. The courtyard area was particularly interesting, and the views were great!

You know they did a good job on the conversion when a founder of Alley Poyner Macchietto moves in. This is such a cool building with great history. Big win for the riverfront imo.

Of all of the redevelopment projects completed in Omaha this century, this is the most impressive. I've been down to the project twice and each time came away wowed. It took a lot of imagination to envision this old building evolving into such stylish housing. Kudos to everyone involved, and to the tenants.

Wow, they left the overhead crane in there! That's really cool.

Quick Aerial view from the other day. Nothing special, just a different view. Building is really shoehorned in there. Sewers to the south, OPPD to the west, ConAgra to the north and BNSF to the east.

Could of swore OPPD was going to sell their land here, but can't seem to find evidence.

Not shown in the photo is an OPPD substation and small peaking generators. Next to that, is the large round silver tank (shown in the photo) which contains oil that is used to cool the very high voltage line that is buried under the Con Agra property and the lake. The power line reemerges at a substation located under I-480. The oil is need to keep the power line cool and the cost to move or do something else would be huge and unsightly.

The last thing I remember seeing about land adjacent to the Breakers was this planning board review:
