Cool thread!

I will try to keep an updated count of units u/c at a time.  Adjusting it every time a project begins or ends.  My number will only include "urban" housing, pretty much anything east of 72nd unless a project west of it becomes worthy like a Crossroads redevelopment or 80Dodge-esque project pops up.  It is too hard to keep up with all the big complexes in the suburbs.

My unofficial count shows 756 u/c right now.

Cool.  If you send me the list, I can add the count to the index too.

669 u/c with 1475 announced units. Not gospel, but the best count I've got.

Best count I have now is 978 units u/c along with 164 beds at the Newman Center, I didn't include the Carberry buildings b/c I don't know the number. Along with the number of smaller projects that are tough to keep track of I am sure we are over 1000 u/c right now. That isn't counting things like Midtown Triangle, The Conrad or the new UNO student housing either.
