The Omaha area continues to add three or four new hotels/motels each year, it seems.  I really do wish that the Marriott project on 10th Street would get off the ground.

I thought they said the Fairfield was going in on West Dodge. 17240 West Center is approximately where Walgreen's is! Just checking!

Ok, I head back and yes, it is 17240 Wright Street. Wright Street will be on the south side of the building and West Center Road will be on the north side of the building.

Either they will have one heck of a time with site prep or this is going to have a massive southern wall...

I photographed the both the building to the east and to the west for their owner. I am surprised someone was building here. I always thought it greenspace!

Just thinking, if they built underground parking for this, it could be a way cool prototype! 8)
A horseshoe shaped (or block linear u) construction, open to the south, with a kick |expletive| courtyard in the middle... The courtyard side rooms would be sweet.
