The newly rebranded Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate plans to build a new west Omaha headquarters in the next two years to serve 370 agents under one roof.
Leisey said he has bid on a “piece of dirt out west” to move and expand the company's corporate office. He declined to specify where the new building will be, but said the company plans to remain along the West Dodge Road corridor between 132nd and 180th Streets.
The new office is expected to be about 45,000 square feet. “Our preference is to build new,” he said.
The company's current office is located just north of 132nd Street and West Dodge Road. Since it was built seven years ago, the company has grown from about 135 agents to 370.
I suppose we can nail down the project specifics as they come in. Â Looking like another new office project for the West Dodge Corridor.

I hope it is 132nd and not 180th. Â Room for 370 agents could be substantial.
A new and larger headquarters for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate will be built at 177th and Burke Streets, and the firm plans to move in next fall.
He is still working with an architect on details, but envisions a building about 60,000 square feet, three or four stories high, with underground parking. The cost will be about $10 million, and features will include large conference rooms equipped with the latest technology.
Ambassador will occupy about 45,000 square feet, and the rest will be leased to one or more companies.
We are excited to have PITCH Coal-Fire Pizzeria as our neighbor at our new building! Between the space will be tables, a patio and green space!! - Source BHHS Ambassador Real Estate Facebook Page
That is an odd placement of that column at the main entry. It just doesn't look right having the top of the column penetrate the angled surface, which must be metal panel or glass. If they must have it, the column should come up to the horizontal portion, in my opinion.
That is a long name for a realty company too.
That's all. Thanks
He said "They are some big, ugly red brick buildings" ...and then they were gone.

Honestly I'm not impressed with this design. This looks like something that would be built in Des Moines.

Des Moines has the best skyline in the US for a city it's size, so not sure why you're picking on them.

Because I like Omaha more than Des Moines and I want Omaha to be better than Des Moines in every way...including architecturally.
