Does anyone know what housing development is going up around 192nd and Maple?

Which Corner? North West looks like another Phase of the existing neighborhood, North East and South West are still shown as farmland on the assessors website and the South East is owned by Westside Church.

On the North side of Maple. Between Indian Creek and Montessori School.
It's a housing development, but I was wondering if it's custom or a Celebrity development.

I work for an Appraisal Firm here in Omaha. The name of the neighborhood is Indian Ridge. The homes are going to be priced the same as Andresen Meadows, North Shore, and Shadow Lake.

I apologize. The correct name of the neighborhood is Indian Pointe.
