Building torn down (75th & Cass)

I saw a report on Channel 3 that a building near 72nd and Dodge was torn down over the weekend, to the delight of neighbors. They kept showing old exterior shots of Crossroads Mall. Unless I missed it, I don't think they mentioned WHICH building it was. The old Borders? The old Bag N Save next to Best Buy?

It's nothing... Just that old hearing aid building behind the old bag and save by that northwest crossroads exit. Just a rundown old building that had been looking bad for years.

I hadn't noticed this building in person, but wow, that is a shabby structure! It looks like they started a new roof and siding project and stopped halfway through.
