That area looks pretty decent now. Movie theater/running path all in your backyard.
There is one super annoying issue with that area as a pedestrian. Especially if I wanted to live in those apartments and walk to the grocery store.
There is not a good way to get to Bakers/Target. The part over the creek on 36th street has almost no shoulder to even walk on. Let alone a sidewalk. You could take the long way around by the soccer fields, but that seems ridicuous. I wish they would just put a sidewalk and a tiny pedestrian bridge over the creek.
