What big box retail store is going in at 180th and Burke, just south of the Walgreens?

It is directly south of Walgreens. I see it is planned to be a big box store from the plans drawn up for the whole area in regards to the Madonna Hospital going in by there, but it's probably not even spoken for by a retailer yet.

I couldn't find anything for this location yet. Do you know if it is getting ready for development, or are you just wondering what possible retailers would be looking at this plot?

There is movement north of Burke but nothing that Ive seen south. Some stand alone users, nothing that will make the area unique.

They have been grading the lot North of Walgreens for a little while now. Still haven't seen any signs for tenants yet.

There is a sign for the restaurant "Pitch" to open just Northeast of the Walgreens.
