If I am looking at the right land plat, there are earth movers working on what looks like a new FairField Inn.

I thought we had a thread on this, but apparently not. It was on Grow Omaha sometime in the past few weeks.

I saw the dirt being moved thought maybe a gas station was coming in as there aren't any close to the exits after you cross the river heading west. There is one off of Blair High road and Ida but you can't really see it from the exit. Already have a holiday express at cherry hills.

We designed a gas station for that exit 7 or 8 years ago, but it was never built.

I recall coming soon signs being up twice on the north side of Bliar Highway. Once on the west side of 101st, then on the east side. Both were for Fantasy's.
