A new 350,000-square-foot facility going up in La Vista will be a distribution center for Sergeant’s Pet Care Products, replacing a center in Memphis, Tenn.
Sergeant’s confirmed to The World-Herald Friday that it is the tenant of the $7.2 million building under construction near 126th Street and West Giles Road. Its ownership had been listed on various public documents only as SGTS LLC.

Up to 60 people will be employed at the office, warehouse and distribution center, but building permit documents said the company also might expand to the east at a later date. If that happens, the application said, 20 to 25 more employees would be added.

In that article it says they built a 130K SF HQ in Sarpy County last year. Not sure how we missed all this...

That building must be on Hilltop. This new one must be near Claas.

They bought the old PVP a couple years ago. This new DC is a relocation from a Memphis facility I believe.
