The stores are open only on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, which reduces overhead, allows franchisees more time with their families, and allows them time to stock new merchandise weekly, Nolte said.
“We’ll only have maybe two or three of an item, and when it’s gone, it’s gone,” she said.
