StayBridge Suites (171st and Wright)
They have removed almost all of the trees from this corner. Does anyone know what is going in there?
I have a hard time thinking they couldn't have built something there without taking out all the trees!

Re: 171st and Wright
I had no idea there was so much demand for all of these outlying suburban neighborhood hotels. Visiting families of kids migrating to the big city shacking up in them or something?

That fits my family perfectly. I am off 192nd in SW Millard and my family averages 4 or 5 hotel nights a year. I just ran a search. Hotels: 4 Miles = 0 (23,605 households in the radius), 5 Miles = 5 hotels, 6 Miles = 7 hotels, 7 miles = 9 hotels.Stargazer wrote:I had no idea there was so much demand for all of these outlying suburban neighborhood hotels. Re: 171st and Wright
they have been grading for weeks and now have a construction fence around the project area. This is east of the new Fairfield but does anyone know if it is another hotel?

Permit notes for a building in the area say StayBridge Suites, an extended stay hotel chain.
