204th & George B. Lake Pkwy - Elkhorn

Post by Joe_Sovereign »

There is leveling and ground work being done on this lot at the SE corner of 204th & George B. Lake Pkwy at the entrance to the Copperfield neighborhood.

Does anyone know what is going in here?

George B Lake is between Q and Harrison in Coventry and Copperfield's is north of "F" Street.

The Gottsch Family owns the land on the South East Corner of 204th and George B Lake. They own a lot of farmland in the area.

George B. Lake Pkwy is the entrance to Copperfields along 204th. It is at about A or B Street.

It appears that George B. Lake east of 204th is in Copperfields. West of 204th it is a mile or two down the road in Coventry.

Not confusing at all

Wow, that's weird. Wonder why they would do that... Hopefully there is some sort of master plan that has it all connected some day. I noticed that its not even connected all the way through Coventry.

Maybe they should change one of them to George A. Lake Pkwy.

Still curious as to what is being built here?

Metro Stars Gymnastics will begin construction on its second location, an approximately 17,000-square-foot building at 3706 S. 203rd Plaza, south of West Center Road, in the coming months. The gym is aiming for a fall opening, said general manager Rick Johnson. - Omaha.com

Some new construction is underway next to the Gymnastics Gym. Does anyone know what is going in?

Looks like a 4K sq ft addition for Metro Stars Gymnastics.
