Dirt work behind Union Bank 176th and Center

Post by bfcmoose »

They have removed several trees and are now moving dirt to the west of the Union Bank and Trust building. Almost looks like they are making a trail or something. Any idea what they are doing there?

There's not much room behind the bank. Maybe 15 new parking spots or a drive through Scooters?

Or do you mean south of the bank? Probably Northstar adding a building.

Just west down by trees actually. I work at nstar and that's where I have seen it happening. As you drive on center you can see it to west of bank.

Looks almost like a trail or something.

Given the fact that the Zorinsky Lake Trail is just feet away, I would not doubt the are connecting up with it, but I presumed they already were somewhere, there is a sidewalk to the south of the building looking like it connects...

Union Bank owns that lot to the West, and I can't find any permits for current or hypothetical addresses around the building, so I doubt it's anything significant.

The Zorinsky trail does not go that far north. If you want to sneak onto the trail there is an unofficial dirt path on the SW corner of Northstar Financial.
