La Vista Good Neighbor Senior Living

Does anyone know if this has started?
Reported by OWH in April 2016 and on currently on Pope Architects website, construction was to begin in fall of 2016 with scheduled completion in Fall 2017. It is to be located SW of Brentwood Drive and 97th plaza. OWH says 99 units and Architect says 109 unit senior facility

The unit breakdown per use is 24 Memory Care, 50 Assisted Living, and 25 Independent Living.
The bedroom to unit break down is listed below:
Memory Care has 28 beds/residences within 24 Units (4 Companion Suites; 20 Studios).
Assisted Living has 62 beds within 50 Units (12 two bedroom Units; 38 one bedroom Units).
Independent Living has 31 beds within 25 Units (6 two bedroom Units; 19 one bedroom Units)

I don't know how long signs have been up for Buland Construction, but as you can see, there are no signs of site prep.
