Anchor Pointe (168th and Ida)

A new lake themed neighborhood sign went up nearby. Anchor Pointe by Boyer Young. 300-500K range with possibly a new Bennington Elementary School.

Anchor Point was going to be an Oakwood Homes development until they decided to leave the Omaha market this summer. That said, Boyer and Young does nice developments so it should be a nice neighborhood.

Interesting it was going to be Oakwood, I kinda liked them. Boyer Young did a nice job with Manchester Park and this sounds like an even higher price point so being right by the lake it should be really nice. That being said they sure are building a lot of new houses and neighborhoods out there and there is still not even a gas station. I am pretty surprised no one has seen any potential in building something out there.

Here is an image I found on google that shows how that fits in to the bigger Anchor Point Development.

North is up on this image (North is to the right on Coyote's)
