Pinnacle Bank bought this a few weeks ago.

2 new bank branches, mixed-use developments on the way to stretch of West Dodge Road

Not sure I like the look of the building being set back and the parking by the intersection. The current setup of the buildings makes it feel more dense.
Pinnacle Bank has plans for a 15,000-square-foot, two-story building at the northeast corner of 84th Street and West Dodge Road. It will include a bank branch and coffee shop on the first floor and about 7,500 square feet of leasable office space on the second floor, said Steve Zey, Omaha market president for Pinnacle Bank.

The rendering shows the big billboard is staying. However, they took it down today.

I like it. Sharp. Modern. Striking. Clean. Crisp. I can't picture where that fits on 84th & Dodge exactly. And, a branch that doesn't incorporate a pinnacle feature in the structure. Interesting. Course, the 180th & Dodge bigger branch doesn't have a pinnacle feature either, yet the roof slopes upward to a climaxing point. (Some of their banks do have a pinnacle feature, I noticed. Not sure how much of a pattern that really is, or not.)
I can get pushed out because I'm "too much" for some. Then, an observer of me comes suddenly swooping in to "fill my shoes." People are always more accepting of the new one, because their feathers aren't truly ruffled by them. (Yawn) I can count on it every time.
