I can check my files for a date. I know I shot it for work about the same time as your update. I want to say it was during the big server switch over.

"Scissors and Scotch, a high end Men's Salon" is coming to Legacy. I like the sound of it.

I poked my head in and spoke with the owner a week or so ago.. Very cool place, but VERY expensive.. $35 minimum for a haircut... $60 for a shave? Yikes..

Cool concept though, hope they make it.

According to Douglas County, "LEGACY ENCHANTED TRAVEL LLC" purchased the lot behind Chic-fil-A last month, I believe this is the last commercial lot in Legacy. There is still the half a lot next to the blatt building, but I don't think its for sale, or at least I haven't seen a sign.

Wow, almost 1/2 million dollars for less then 20K sq.ft. of usable land (notice the hill on two sides).

Possibly they can do some sort of walk-out small office to make use of the hill.

Noticed groundbreaking between old-Upstream and Roja. Anyone know what's going in there?

A reliable source told me that Lanoha is moving into the old Upstream building - but is looking for another (I believe larger) tenant to also occupy. I believe the move would mostly be the "development" side of the business - which includes the "corporate" side of their apartment management.

I'm surprised they wouldn't be able to fill the building all by themselves.

Might be looking to save money by renting it out. Also, the building is pretty big if you put a whole second floor in (instead of the partial second floor that was there with Upstream).
