Isn't there a place in Lincoln that has Stumble Inn in it's name? Not sure if it still exists but I am sure there was at one time, somwhere near downtown I think.
This looks to have  been open for a while but I have not heard anybody way they have been there.  Not seen much in the way of cars ( or bikes) out front either.  Anyone know any more about this place and what there are about?
A friend of mine had a birthday party there one night. Â It is a pretty average bar but had a real fun and diverse crowd. Â Not a bad place actually. Â They have a mechanical bull and its fun to watch everyone give it a try.
Its a pretty laid back place, they basically ripped out all the booths and the wall that divided the bar and eating areas when it was Ted's. Â We had a lot of fun there, there's plenty of Flatscreens to watch TV, drinks aren't outrageous and they have the mechanical bull that is the centerpiece of the whole place. Â Its fun to see the drunkards get on and make fools of themselves, but then its fun to get the people who know what they're doing on there and go for a while, too. Â All in all, a laid back place to hang out with built-in entertainment. Â I honestly don't know if they serve food. Â There is a kitchen, but I don't remember anyone being in there. Â And as far as the "bikers" go, its just warming up now, so they might show up, but its mostly some people from the outlying areas who are looking for a pseudo country bar that doesn't play country all the time.
Looks like the Stumble Inn has stumbled out. Â Drove by today and there was new signs on the location. Â Didn't double back to see what they said for sure but I think it was RED EYE TAVERN. Â Without looking it up that is a place on about 84th street I believe. Â Wounder if they are relocating or adding another location... or if I just read it wrong.

For the record NEBUGEATER does not equal BUGEATER !!!!!!!
I've been going to this Red Eye location on occasion (bi-monthly) for the past year have enjoyed the quality of food and the environment. The Red Eye's service at times was slow but very friendly.
The new owners smartly kept the staff in tack, stepped up the service speed and left the menu and weekly specials unchanged during the transition. In their business plan; new management was striving for a "laid back" atmosphere... Marcus needs to take note, how to identify his crowd at the moment and cater to them exclusively.
