Best Buy for Council Bluffs

Best Buy's metro wide expansion seems to suggest, they're having success against MegaMart. Competition is good.

By reading that article, it would seem that the new Best Buy is only going to have 20k square feet...that would make it the second smallest in the chain. That's gotta be a typo...even their "small market" concept stores are twice that size.
