Old YMCA

The city of Council Bluffs has been working with J Development Co. to restore the old YMCA building at 628 First Ave into 20 apartments.  This building was built in 1900 and is Dutch Colonial. Hope this happens as the building is so great. [/img]

I love that building!!  I really hope this happens.
Always a business-oriented city hungry for growth and focused on development with laser intensity, Omaha aimed high, reached for momentum and found critical mass.
