Does anyone know what they may be talking about here? I thought it was google, but that is already public...

While there were 1,012 permits issued during the first three months of 2013, the total taxable valuation for them was just $44,455,097.

Permit fees the city receives from projects total nearly $230,000 for the first quarter of the year, compared to $202,000 for the same period in 2013.

“It’s great for the tax base,” said Steve Carmichael, the city’s chief building official.

A major factor in this year’s jump in valuation was the issuance of permits for two structures with a combined valuation totaling $38 million. The plans for those structures, which will be located south of Veterans Memorial Highway, haven’t yet been made public.

Might be for something on the north shore of Lake Manawa, where the trailer court was recently cleared. Still, a fairly high dollar amount.
