Located in the mall’s food court, b-skew’d is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.Besides a breakfast menu, the specialty at b-skew’d is shish kebob. The meat is marinated 24 to 48 hours and “skew’d” on a 8-inch skewer – thus the restaurant’s name, Hamenoo said. The choice of meats are chicken, beef, lamb and gourmet sausage.
His grilled burgers come in beef or lamb and covered with melted cheese, lettuce, choice of ranch, sour cream or his own barbecue sauce or tomato based aioli. There is also the ultimate rice boat, served on a bed of white rice, topped with grilled veggies and meat and all covered with melted cheese, lettuce, sour cream or ranch.
