Looks like according to pottco.org T L C Coffee LLC bought the old Pizza Hut on Madison Avenue and it is now torn down. From the name i would expect a coffee shop to be going up

Possibly the owners of the former Tazza on Valley View?
I also heard they were putting up a shop by the country club by Lake Manawa. They tore down the old ice cream shack and it is rumored that "Tazza" was putting up a store there.

That would be nice. Didnt get in there too often when it was open, but always did enjoy their coffee.
