Don't count on the Lake being as big as stated.  A relative a mine owns most of the land around this subdivision.  This lake would cause flooding on his land, and the corps of engineers agrees.  There will be a lake, just not as big as described.

There are already some homes built or being built as of the last time I was out that way.  It has been a few months though.
