"It's very important and maybe past due," Reeder said. "The Bunge plant has been here several years now, and maybe the study should have been done at that time. It's important that Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, Mills County and their chambers sit down and come up with a game plan."
An important element there is the southern portion of the East Beltway, which will eventually come down to that area, he said.
