The complex will feature a 40-bed men's shelter, known as Joshua House, that's now unavailable anywhere in Council Bluffs. The transitional unit, known as Timothy House, will provide 26 apartments for single men and women as a place of residence while they complete programs to get back on their feet. . . .
Also planned is a new MOHM's Place where hot meals and other services will be provided to the needy. This building will seat up to 300 people at one time, compared to the current location north of the Broadway viaduct that seats only 70 at once. . .
