Oak Ridge Estates subdivision

Post by icejammer »

For those not so familiar with CB, this is the subdivision up towards the top of the bluff off Parkwild Drive (and there are a couple photos somewhere in the Photo forum with shots from this neighborhood).

New subdivision will 'add a lot of tax base' to community
. . . The City Council Monday night gave final plat approval for a 49-lot residential subdivision to be known as Oak Ridge Estates Phase IV.

The subdivision will be on the northern extension of Millard Street from Parkwild Drive to Delong Avenue. The new phase, when completed, will bring the total number of homes in that large subdivision to 135, developer Vic Pelster said, with the number to climb to 180 when the fifth and final phase is completed later. The new homes, like the others, will be in a variety of styles in the $250,000 to $400,000 range, Pelster said. . . .
