Gethsemane Gardens

Post by icejammer »

This is land that Gethsemane Presbyterian Church bought when Google bought their existing church and property earlier this year on South Omaha Bridge Road.  Not a large subdivision, but should add to the new housing choices around Lake Manawa.
The council approved the rezoning of land for a 21-lot project to be known as Gethsemane Gardens. It will be located west of East Manawa Drive at Wallace Avenue and will include 19 single-family lots and one lot for the construction of a new Gethsemane Presbyterian Church.

The subdivision is west of East Manawa Drive at Wallace Avenue. There would be 19 single-family homes in the subdivision. The church, now located on South Omaha Bridge Road, must move because the structure has been bought as part of the new Google plant. . . .
