17th & Broadway---the old USA Steak Buffet

My browser isn't letting me do a lot of any kind of browsing, so i just posted this new before it closes down on me again. What is going to be going in at this location? If this is a repeat post or someone covered it already, please pm me.

i looked on pottco.org and it shows that it is still a Bonanza property, which is what it was like 15 years ago. Â I'm curious to see what's going on there, they have redone the fascia quite a bit! Â Icejammer, do you have any ideas?

As I recall, a group of investors from Lincoln bought the property with no public announcement, not sure what's going to end up in there.

Edit: The sellers were a group of investors from Lincoln, the buyer a local businessman, pottco.org shows the correct owner information, are you sure you're looking at the correct parcel information?

i drove by the other day and it is being turned into a health clinic of sorts; i can't remember what the sign out front said for sure, but that's the gist of it. Â Hopefully that will help clean up some of Broadway and add some curb appeal.

Independent physicians coming soon

West Broadway Clinic is under construction at 16 S. 17th St., but patients are already able to schedule appointments on their Web site at http://www.westbroadwayclinic.com.

"We're advertising already for staff on a Web site called careerlink.org," said Dr. Neil Sheppard, one of five physicians moving in. "Our target opening date is May 27."

The clinic will offer nearly every service, with family practice physicians, specialists in internal medicine and an endocrinologist on staff.

Sheppard and Dr. Kamlesh Ansingkar are general family physicians. Dr. Isam Marar specializes in hormone-related deficiencies such as diabetes and thyroid problems. Dr. Diana Rabadi Marar and Dr. Farid Sadr work specifically with internal medicine. . . .
