A proposed commercial development at the northeast corner of Hwy 275 and South Expressway is planned by entrepreneur Bob Rhoden, something on the order of 10 lots in all, 20-some acres.  Assuming this goes forward, nearly the entire area bounded by Hwy 275/South Expressway/Interstates 80/29 will be commercial.

I guess we'll find out.  No large commercial in this development though.

Does Rhoden do anything else besides car dealing right now?

Looks like the developer is holding off for another 4 months before going before the City to approve this development.

Developer requested another delay until September and will now be completely withdrawing his request, development is dead.
