Shoppes on Madison is getting a little revive:
Eileen's Cookies is set to open mid-April where Puerto Vallarta was. I haven't looked close enough, but I think they split up the former space.
A sub/wrap shop is rumored to be going in by Eileen's.
Also rumored is a restaurant owned by already successful co-owners of a popular sports bar in town.

lets hope they split that space up...it was a huge space, even for a restaurant.

Pretty sure it is split. I'll look and see if I can see how many suites it is divided into. I cannot remember how far over PV used up when they were there.

I remember Valentino's having not one, but two stints in the Puerto vallarta location.

If they are one in the same, the restaurant may be called 712. Some folks i know are opening a restaurant, but had not yet announced the location as of a couple weeks ago. Likely just waiting for the lease agreement to go through
