It’s proposed to be on 5.86 acres along the south side of 23rd Avenue and west of South 19th Street. It would feature a 20-unit apartment building with two one-bedroom units, 10 three-bedroom units and eight three-bedroom styles. Also planned are 18 town homes, plus nine single-family residential lots.
“In addition to the subdivision are improvements to the streets (in the area),” Councilman Matt Walsh said.
