This is a really really cool building.  Looks as impressive on the inside as it does from the outside.

Yes it does.  Miles better than the building it replaces.  I can't wait to get inside for a performance.

That place looks amazing!  Is the brick path a walkway only, or can you legally drive down it?  I ask because Im curious of the clearance issues with the cables hanging that low.

A new development was proposed next to the Kauffman Center.

Last i heard this project was called "Alle Towers" It's been in the budget phase for quite some time....

Yep. The initial announcement last December. The current name on a few project partner websites is "1650 Broadway." This rendering is about 2 months old or so.

Mashburn Development. The same guy was involved with the Loews and Hampton Inn Hotels. Do you have any insider info?
