Power and Light Building KC

This is one of my favorite buildings.  If they can pull this off, it will be great for downtown KC and the Power and Light District:

I love those 20s-40s Art Deco buildings.  Omaha has some beautiful ones, but nothing of that scale.

That building has a ton of potential. Should have tons of shared balcony space, but, from what I saw, the exterior also needs some major work.

I think the inside's a mess too.  Sounds like lots of work inside and out.

That looks like a fantastic redevelopment proposal. It's rare to see a developer who shows that much interest in dedication to respecting the history and architecture of the building. If this goes through, I'm sure it will show.

More details on the P and L Building renovation. Would love to see this get under way this year and completed in December of 2015:
