It's the IRS offices.

It's pretty squat for having so many tower cranes up, but it's one huge building that supposed to bring 5,000+ workers to the southern edge of downtown.

He actually mislabelled a few. The "Federal Reserve" tower should be Oak Tower and the "Oak" Tower is KC City hall.

They haven't finished the plans by any means and now there could be a road block with the "Dream Team"

Ellerbe Becket is suing HOK for stealing employees. Note the quote form HOK, they say they hold the design contract, and that "We have no comment on whether Ellerbe Becket will continue to be involved with the DADT."

I guess the egos could not be reigned in long enough for these folks to work together. This has potential to be a huge mess, and black eye for HOK.

it' not proposed, it's approved but so many things have already happened that have slowed this project down. as of right no they are sticking to their original plan to break ground in early summer.

these here are fake facades facing a neighborhood in Midtown Kansas City. Instead of putting in a blank brick wall storage building, the Board of the neighborhood got together with the owners of the former Storage Trust which is now Public Storage.
If you're ever in the neighborhood go take a look. It's at Armour and Baltimore, 1 block west from Main Street.
