That is interesting that they want to build an enclosed mall. I have been to the nearby Zona Rosa shopping center and it was very nice. Leaves a lot to be desired for Village Pointe and Shadow Lake.

On a personal note, I love the indoor shopping malls for about 9 months of the year (when its too hot or cold to want to walk outdoors). I hope we continue to retain Westroads and Oakview for that reason.

This finally seems to be moving forward. They are going to do away with the mall but looks like Macy's is staying.
