Surface parking? Disappointing for that location.

The 2nd riverfront apartment building is about to break ground to the southwest of Union. A third project, twin 10 floor mid-rises, is in the works to the east of Union (1st riverfront project). An affordable housing project is also underworks by Flaherty Collins.

Nice. That is a large complex. I am hoping that our riverfront is built out a little more in the near future, particularly around Gallup. There is a lot of underutilized land right there. It's too bad the Council Bluff's River Edge project couldn't get the residential towers off the ground.

$22 million Heritage Lofts project at 601 Berkley Parkway. 124-unit affordable housing development. The Heritage Lofts proposal would not only include affordable apartments, but an approximately 1,000 square-foot space dedicated to helping residents find jobs and receive social services. Developer is Flaherty Collins.

EPEC, another developer, is proposing a nearby 45-unit riverfront project that would include 40 affordable units
