$900 million, $450 million in public funds for an open air stadium that can't/won't host Final Fours, Super Bowls, CFB Championships ect.

Unless the deal "falls through" and they move the team to Los Angeles.

Los Angeles deal is private funding. Rams owner is moving, unless this was a huge leverage scam to force St Louis to build a new stadium, but from the plans I've seen of the LA complex, forget it...

They mentioned on the radio the other day that some people think that the NFL likes not having a team in LA because teams all over the country us LA as leverage whenever they want anything.

It has been nice using LA for leverage for the NFL. That being said, all signs point to the Rams moving back to LA.

Rams owner has already bought the land in LA, and from what I hear he is not answering his phone when St Louis is calling...

Somewhat related, but the Chargers and Raiders are discussing building a stadium in the LA area and sharing it.
