Sioux Falls - $25M condo/retail/office planned for Main Ave

Planned across Main Avenue from the Washington Pavilion of Arts and Science, it is an urban-style, mixed-use $25 million building that would combine retail, offices, parking and condominiums.

It would total more than 200,000 square feet on up to nine stories.

Not that I have seen online recently. They opened their event center last fall but they chose not to build it downtown but downtown seems to growing in people and businesses.

Took a quick look - here are some things coming to the Sioux Falls Downtown area

There is a big discussion going on about TIFs as I guess some feel that the Mayor and his group are discouraging business from applying for TIFs, if it doesn't meet the what/where that the Mayor wants.
