One of the cooler, more "out there" proposals for adaptive reuse of a historical property. I'm excited to see how this one turns out and would love to see ingenuity like this closer to home!

Nice find! Right along the river, next to MSP, and the 5/55 interchange... It will be a great re-use project!

Wow, that is really great to hear. I remember taking the light rail near there in 2011 and thinking the area could be so much more.
