South Sioux--New Hotel
Delta, a newish imprint of Marriott, originally a Canadian chain. Right on the river, must be a new development that I hadn't heard of. Might be worth a overnight.

seems awfully fancy pantsy for S Sioux City.

Re: South Sioux--New Hotel
We stay in an AC Hotel in KC in December. The artist formerly known as the Quarterage (I think it was something after that too, environmentally friendly concept) in Westport is now an AC. They put a lot of $ into it. It was kind of a trendy hipster type of vibe. Nice bar in the lobby. Fake wood floors in the rooms with real modern decorations. Not my cup of tea. Younger crowd would probably like it.

I miss the Quarterage.
Re: South Sioux--New Hotel
This is not going to be AC. It will be Delta Hotel by Marriot. The former Marina Inn. Opening late summer early fall.

I squat corrected. I even looked at Marriott's site. Color me sheepish. I'll edit my post.EastCB wrote:This is not going to be AC. It will be Delta Hotel by Marriot. The former Marina Inn. Opening late summer early fall.
Re: South Sioux--New Hotel
This is not a new hotel, this is a rebranding and minor ($4 million) remodeling of the old Marina Inn hotel.
