Not really a new building but repurposing an older building

The distinctive southern face of what is now a hardware store is Texaco mission-style, built in 1929 and active as a service station until 1962. The Sid's Liquor portion was built in 1938 as a bakery, and a corner of the building served as office space for Bill Porter and Al Neuharth, where they produced the newspaper SoDak Sports from 1952-1954.
