Lewis Drug, Sanford, PAve partnering together at downtown location

Tuesday’s formal announcement of construction on a $1.8 million replacement for the collapsed Copper Lounge building at 10th Street and Phillips Avenue includes a Lewis Drug and Sanford Acute Care clinic beneath an indoor/outdoor patio for the PAve nightclub.
The first floor will house the 5,200 square-foot pharmacy, with another 800 square feet dedicated to the clinic. The PAve bar’s patio will top the building, adding 6,000 square feet of space for the nightclub’s indoor/outdoor patio.
