Looks like the Light Rail from Downtown Minneapolis to Downtown St. Paul is actually going to take off.  All parties (St. Paul, Minneapolis, Ramsay County, Hennepin County, and the University of Minnesota) compromised to come up with a working solution.  Sounds like the exact opposite of what's happening with the ballpark in Omaha.
