Some great OKC wide views, if I do say so myself

Here's some pics I took (there were actually hundreds but here's just the preview I have up so far) in order to do a special little assortment for my 10,000th post over at my own forums, but here they are for you all to look at, too. Tell me what you think!

So how come OKC didn't tear its warehouse district down?  (I'm actually being serious, and only half-snarky.)

We did.  :?

Some really great downtown buildings got mowed over for "urban renewal" in the 60s, before the Oil Bust left us high and dry. Over 50 got demolished, and then about two dozen got ruined by new facades later or were among the many buildings lost in the Bombing. Here's a few.

Here's an index of the old DT OKC:

There was even a beautiful, large riverfront area south of downtown (now full of metal buildings and homeless people). The south side of downtown is being rebuilt and so is the park though. There was also a trolley system that served nearly all of OKC at that time.
