I went there a couple of weeks ago. The cocktails are creative and rather innovative with unusual combinations and unconventional ingredients. They are however rather expensive, about ten dollars each, and I think they are still in the process of doing some interior decoration.
When fortune smiles on something as violent and ugly as revenge, it seems proof like no other that not only does God exist, you're doing his will.

Craft cocktails will be more expensive by nature due to the expense of quality ingredients and for the simple fact that time consuming drinks = not as many served. Â Granted, it won't be for everyone, but it'll be a nice change of pace from the Frogs, Toads, O's and bro's...bars that dominate downtown.
I usually drink Craft Beers and not Craft Cocktails, but when I do drink Craft Cocktails, I drink a Manhattan. Â They seem to range $8 to $12 around town. Â Myth had a great Manhattan, hope this place has something similar.
However you told me that J Coco was similar to the Boiler room, and I like the one at J Coco. Â (J Coco's is $12 if you are wondering, Had one last weekend.)

How bout niether. Â Canadian whiskey's mostly don't use much rye and Maker's like all bourbon is heavy on corn. Maker's is especially sweet thus it's popularity in our corn syrup culture. Â Of the bigger name peroducers I much prefer Basil Hayden's, Blanton's and Bulliet for bourbon.
In terms of craft cocktails American Rye is where it's at right now.
Brad, I'm sure B & R will have a great manhattan, incidentally you can get a great manhattan at Urban now...as well as Old Fashion, and one of my favs, the Vieux Carre(Old Square) all under $10.

Our opening weekend was such a hit. We're grateful for all the support and encouraging words! We're open everyday 5pm-2am and with a full enough menu of original and classic cocktails to peak your interest for some time. Thank you everyone!

The bar has a no-standing-room policy; guests are encouraged to make reservations, particularly on busy weekend nights. If they do drop in and the bar is full, a hostess will take their phone number and text them when a spot opens up.
